Refunds, plainly.
You can ask for your money back within 14 days of buying.

Within 14 days
- If you are not happy with LabNote, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. This applies to the licence and to an updates renewal.
- Write from the email address you bought with, and say which purchase it is.
- The money goes back through Paddle.com to the payment method you used. Banks differ in how long a refund takes to show.
- Some countries give you extra rights by law. This page does not reduce them.
What happens to LabNote after a refund
- A refunded licence stops working the next time LabNote checks it, which is about once a day while it is open and online. Your records stay on your PC, and Export my data stays available.
- A refunded updates renewal takes its 365 days back off the date your updates end. Your licence stays.
- You can buy again at any time. A payment that is reversed through your bank is treated like a refund.
After 14 days
After 14 days a refund is not guaranteed. If something went wrong, write to [email protected] and we will look at it.
